A carbon steel frying pan that only gets better the more you use it! The frying pan will eventually get a natural non-stick surface. If you want to speed up the process, put on a thin layer of oil and gently heat it on the gas burner or in the oven at 200 degrees. Allow the frying pan to cool and repeat the procedure.
Clean the frying pan only with hot water. Wipe the pan and coat it with oil after cleaning. Avoid washing-up liquid, if used it is extra important to coat the frying pan with oil afterwards.
